Food & Beverage Supervisor

Pearl Continental Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for its Lahore branch. The selected candidate will supervise restaurant operations, ensure high-quality guest service, and manage daily F&B activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise restaurant and banquet service staff
* Ensure excellent guest dining experience
* Monitor food service quality and hygiene standards
* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
* Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
* Prepare daily operational reports
Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of hospitality and food safety standards
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good organizational and multitasking skills
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
Experience:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations or hotel industry preferred
