Human Resources Officer

Description:

Pearl Continental Hotels & Resorts is hiring a dedicated Human Resources Officer for its Islamabad property. The candidate will support recruitment activities, employee relations, attendance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and attendance reports
• Coordinate interviews and staff documentation
• Support employee engagement activities
• Handle HR administrative tasks and reporting
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field

Experience:
